    ‘ Technically’ of course More Oxidation occurs with Centrifugal machines, but i do Not believe it is so large as to be even noticable in our Health

    the amount of Oxidation that occurs in Centrifugal juice is very small, its much ado about nothing

    I never Juice nor have any desire to do that with Soft fruits i much prefer to eat those

    I’m also not here as a spokesperson for some group. I don’t agree with the sensational misinformation that I see on a lot of the sites.

    I’m just an individual researching which device is best for myself and sharing the information that resonates the deepest truth with myself.

    At the end of the day “best” is relative to the individual and their needs.

    I don’t agree with the claims since I haven’t seen the data. I also won’t conclude that your health benefits means that oxidation doesn’t matter.

    Logically it make sense that centrifugal is more damaging. The screen rotates at 3000+ rpm, slams into the food (high friction). I think the video effective shows the huge difference between the color (nutrients in juice).

    Owning a Breville for 5+ years I juice soft items often so I’ll benefit from the auger juicers.

    @kosai19

    There are some popular Raw Teachers out there claiming that Centrifugal Juicers and High speed blenders have so much Oxidation that 80 % of the Nutrients are completely destroyed.

    In my Opinion such an irresponsible foolish claim is an utterly absurd, asinine and totally ridiculous statement to make, and quite easily proven false .

    NO ONE needs to worry about excessive Oxidation from using a Centrifugal Juicer

    @kosai19

    The HUROM is super expensive at a whopping $ 350 ! most people simply cannot afford that. for maximum pleasure and enjoyment soft fruits should be eaten and not Juiced as they have a very small yield per their cost anyway.

    Some minor Oxidation occurs with Centrifugal juicers but its Nowhere near as much as what people claim. If that were so than NO ONE would be getting the massive health benefits we know they’re getting

  6. kosai19 says:

    The title is: “HUROM Slow Juicer”.

    They intentionally juice a lot of soft fruits which centrifugal juicers don’t do effectively. You also notice the dramatic color difference between the juices and the “separation” that happens due to oxidation.

    If you search around Youtube for Hurrom or Omega VERT comparisons you’ll also see the same thing compared to centrifugal juicers.

  7. LifeRegenRevolution says:

    Thanks im very interested to watch this , i dont know how to watch them by the way you posted, what is the Title of the video ?

    its easier for me to find it that way

  8. kosai19 says:

    @LifeRegenRevolution

    Take a look at this youtube video: watch?v=XXTEPUggyuw&feature=grec

    It does a side by side comparison of the juice from a centrifugal versus an auger. It’s not a Breville but the results will be very similar.

    You’ll notice how the juice “separates” with the centrifugal, I’ve seen that all the time with my Breville. You have to shake it to get it consistent again. There’s a reason for that, as the video explains.

    I agree that this world is getting a tad germaphobic!

    Love all your videos Dan!

    I totally agree! I often say: fruits are like a loveletter from our creator while he gave green leafs for healing.

    I encourage you to go with your intuition. As a (mostly raw) vegan myself I don’t consume any part of an egg. But the yoke contains the animal fat which is what I most strenuously avoid.

  13. LifeRegenRevolution says:

    @kosai19

    well said, perhaps i misunderstood your original comment. i thought you were implying that Centrifugal made Juices were very low in Enzymes

    @hopesolofan18
    If you need speed then the centrifugal juicers may be right you.

    The main benefit of the non-centrifugal juicers are: higher yield, longer “shelf-life”, and higher nutrient extraction. The significance of each advantage depends on what you juice, in what quantity and how long you plan on storing it.

    The biggest disadvantage with the “auger” (grinding) juicers is that they are slower, and often require you cut your items.

  18. kosai19 says:

    I haven’t claimed any such thing. I’m just speaking from the studies that examine Enzymes count relative to the amount of oxidation from the juicing process. It will similarly compare the amount of nutrients in the food and in some foods there are drastic differences, especially leafy green vegetables.

    I’m not saying they aren’t in Dan’s juices, I’m just commenting on the efficiency of different machines.

  19. hopesolofan18 says:

    i juice mostly cucumbers lemons celery. no fruit. sometimes lettuce and certain root veggies. i dont juice many leafy greens. what type of juicer do you reccomend?

  20. LifeRegenRevolution says:

    @kosai19

    Think about it for a moment using the most basic logical common sense. IF Centrifugal made juices had a very low enzyme and other nutrient content due to massive oxidation

    than NO ONE out there would be getting the kind of fabulous results out there in the real world with their health and reversing major diseases using Centrifugal juices !

    Dan stores His Centrifugal Juices cold for 12 hrs or more and you cant seriously claim hes deficient in Enzymes ?

  21. LifeRegenRevolution says:

    @kosai19

    This is a very interesting topic thanks for bringing it up. As far as the High Oxidation claim out there against Centrifugal made Juices, gotta be honest, im not buying into it.

    Ive made many Centrifugal machine made Juices and stored them in the Fridge for 12 hrs then drank em and got TREMENDOUS energy and life force from them.

    real Life Experience and experiment simply do not back up this supposed High Oxidation claim . Its ‘ theory’ its not Real

  22. LifeRegenRevolution says:

    @nEWwORLDhOARDER

    Even if that is accurate, my own innate common sense and intuition tells me that Chicken embroys and body fluids and parts, were never intended or meant for human consumption and not in our best interest for health.

    im not against chickens or anything else, as Dan so rightly says, Even if Chickens had excellent nutrients, My innate logic and common sense tells me No body parts of a chicken have any place inside my body, but thats just me ; )

  23. nEWwORLDhOARDER says:

    Egg whites are fine. It’s the 30% animal fat in the egg yoke, (or the 30% animal fat in any meat or the 30% animal fat in any dairy product) that clogs your arteries and gives you heart disease and erectile dysfunction.

  24. rzarzarzarza84 says:

    Amazing!!

  25. kosai19 says:

    Centrifugal juicers like the acme or breville have a few down sides:

    1. They highly oxidize the juice, giving it a 30 minute “shelf-life” before enzyme drop off.

    2. Low yield for soft (ripe) fruits. Hard elements(carrots, celery) work best but ripe fruit will turn to “mush” in them.

    3. Lowest yield for leafy vegetables.

    If you are fine with those then enjoy the juicer. If not, it’s worth researching a bit further, rather than spend $200+ and not get your money’s worth.
