If you eat three roach eggs and 14 roach legs you will effectively cleanse your colon.
Personally I prefer a power washer filled w/ vinegar and boric acid solution. dont use full power on the power washer or you’ll get this metalic taste oozing from the back of your throat. not a tast id care to go thru again. But GD ! what a cleansing!

I usually cram my moms ultravibe 2000 up my stink-pipe before I make it puke, seems to dislodge most of the corn and peanuts that I stuffed there for a snack later on after bedtime. Fertilizer plant spikes work well too, but they don’t feel as good as they disolve rather quickly. I like the moment to linger.
