    wow you are so cute.i lost 45 pounds in 5 months when i was 15 and diagnosed with pcos. ive gained a little weight since then :( but im going back to what i did before but a much healthier version. I should post videos up.

    You’re an inspiration =D! Seriously, you are. If I guess correctly, you’re not an instructor of any professional physical activity whatsoever, & that’s a huge plus! You should tie up w/ the “raw” helpers here in youtube (namely scooby1961 & charliejames1975). In theory, if you’re body type becomes “slim”, it’ll be easier (& more fantastic) to get a toned body (having slight muscle definition) =). Not only do i like this, I also love the info that you gave. Thank you for sharing =D!
