Great stuff!
This is great stuff if you want to do a cleanse. Very effective — I take them any time I’m feeling a little weighed down, and they are fantastic.
After over 20 years of suffering with autoimmune problems and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, I was finally diagnosed with Celiac disease a couple of years ago. The long-term damage to my system was so pronounced that I have also developed allergies to casein and nuts. Needless to say, I’ve been desperate to find something that will help me “normalize” my system (to the greatest extent it can be), and cleanse it as well. This product–and the whole line of Nature’s Secret Cleansing products–was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Excellent, effective, and allergen-free. It works
It does work, just give it time! I feel so much better when my colon is clean! So far, I use it for 7 days and wait at least a month before starting it again for 7 days.
It works. Nothing freaky came out of me. Just 8 pounds of waste. I feel better and have more energy. This is def a jumpstart to getting in shape. PEOPLE!!! GET YOUR INSIDES HEALTHY FIRST!!! Your general health starts on the inside.

didn’t get the results I expected
I would not buy this product again. I didn’t see alot of problems that others had reported, but not really any results at all that were expected. I had occ.
Follow the directions and you will clean yourself well and feel better. After a week I back off to 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening daily. I am confident there is no build up of waste in my intestines. No side effects.
