7 Principles to healthy and effective Weight Loss
Nowadays, there is a variety of information on dieting: losing weight and maintaining healthy weight, which may lead you to confusion. To achieve a healthy weight loss, here are seven important principles that you should follow:
1) Firstly, before you can start any weight loss program, you need to be in the right frame of mind. When you follow through a diet program, you have to be conscious of your food intake. Having a positive self-image is the only way in order that you can choose to eat healthy diet.
2) An important factor that you should consider when going on a diet is the second principle that should be on your list, and this is to learn more about your ancestors. If your ancestors were healthy though they ate more, then that may also be applicable to you because that is indigenous to your body.
3) The third principle to remember is to eat, as much as possible, natural whole foods. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients, your body, as a wonderful machine, automatically knows how much enough is thus you need not count calories and you will have plenty of energy and be at the best weight. However, when you eat highly processed foods, your body will require its needed nutrients thus keeping you eat more.
4) The best weight loss supplement – water. Remember this as the fourth principle. Know when you are thirsty or hungry for you not to eat when you are just thirsty. Drinking water before eating will also help fill you up and not eat too much.
5) Teeth are for chewing food, make use of them! That is the fifth principle. Chewing helps aid digestion and when you chew your food well, you will get the most nutrients out of them. When you get the right nutrients, you have enough energy and require not eating more.
6) The sixth principle; eat small, frequent meals in a day also aids digestion. It lessens the work of your digestive system and when you eat small, frequent meals in a day, more nutrients in the food is absorbed by the body, thus you need not eat more.
7) The first six principles would not give good weight results to a certain extent if you do not practice the seventh important principle that is to increase your physical activity. Simple exercise or daily physical activities will do you good. You can walk your dog for a longer period of time, walk to the grocery store, or clean your room. Choose activities because you enjoy them and not just because of the fact that they burn calories.
The use of Acai Berry supplements has taken a huge rise since a popular afternoon talk show spoke of the berry as a wonder. I have personally tried the supplement in capsule form and after self-tests and research I have determined that the berry does have a level of effectiveness.

Note: I keep very good records of exercise, calorie intake, and many other weight altering factors. The final cost factor is the amount of money spent. A person trying to lose a significant amount of weight in order to get within a heath body mass may consider that although the supplements I found were a bit expensive – the loss of the weight will reduce long term health care costs. Even if you are someone that wants to just “look good in those jeans”, try to find a retailer or online resource that will give you a good deal.
